The Sr Director Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, delivering high-value research, insights, and recommendations related to Cyber GRC platforms, strategies, and market trends.
- Develop innovative, practical, and impactful research content focused on Cyber GRC tools, technologies, and market evolution.
- Analyze industry trends, vendor capabilities, and technology shifts to provide actionable insights for enterprise leaders.
- Advise clients through virtual and in-person engagements, helping them address cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance challenges.
- Evaluate Cyber GRC solutions, including platform capabilities, implementation approaches, integrations, and market positioning.
- Create and deliver presentations, briefings, and conference content for executives, clients, and industry audiences.
- Provide strategic support to internal teams by contributing market expertise, research direction, and client-focused insights.
- Conduct deep analysis to identify client challenges, uncover root causes, and recommend practical strategies.
- Establish credibility as a cybersecurity expert by representing research methodologies and industry perspectives.
- Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to improve research quality, processes, and service delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and professional guidance.
The ideal candidate is a senior cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in Cyber GRC strategy, enterprise risk management, and technology platforms, combined with strong research and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; graduate degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Cyber GRC, information security, enterprise risk management, or related cybersecurity fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within cybersecurity or technology organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Cyber GRC tools, market dynamics, and leading vendor solutions.
- Experience with Cyber GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Centraleyes, CyberSaint, EGERIE, LogicGate, or Vanta.
- Hands-on experience selecting, implementing, customizing, or integrating Cyber GRC platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute Cyber GRC strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational risk appetite.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility among senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information, identify patterns, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global, multicultural teams.
- Adaptability and comfort operating in highly matrixed environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% when required.
- Competitive base salary range of approximately $172,000–$202,500, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and business needs.
