As a Principal Architect, you will be responsible for defining technical strategies, leading infrastructure architecture, and ensuring the successful execution of complex data center initiatives. You will provide technical direction, oversee project delivery, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create efficient and future-ready infrastructure solutions.

• Design and architect comprehensive data center infrastructure solutions covering networking, storage, compute, security, and related systems.
• Develop technical strategies, roadmaps, and architectural frameworks aligned with business and infrastructure objectives.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data center projects while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and technical priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and infrastructure evaluations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure data center designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, security frameworks, and best practices.
• Mentor technical teams by promoting engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze infrastructure performance, efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modernization strategies for data center environments.
• Manage vendor relationships and assess third-party solutions for infrastructure components and services.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in data center architecture, infrastructure engineering, and technical leadership. You should have strong expertise in designing complex environments, managing large-scale initiatives, and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• 10+ years of professional experience in data center architecture, infrastructure design, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams across complex infrastructure projects.
• Deep expertise in data center design, deployment, operations, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of networking, storage, compute systems, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs with multiple stakeholders and delivery requirements.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments, including modern infrastructure integration strategies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and develop scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, ANSI/TIA, and Uptime Institute.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM.
• Experience with data center projects and building-related developments such as commercial, residential, institutional, or hospitality projects is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent infrastructure credentials are preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices, energy efficiency, green technologies, and data center security frameworks is a plus.
