Line Cook- Residence Inn Downtown Raleigh in Raleigh, North Carolina at Summit Hospitality Incorporated

A line cook must prepare made-to-order food, prep for their station, set up and clean up their station. They must be mindful of food allergies, must do side-work like cleaning, organization, and prep during downtime.

Ability to speak and read English and understand/follow recipes and written instructions

ServSafe Food Handler Certification (we can help with this, but you must be willing and able to take the test)

Must have or get non-slip shoes and wear at all times while on shift

Must be clean shaven or wear beard net

Must have working understanding of food safety metrics- IE: temperature danger zone

Must be authorized to work in the US

Must inform us of any felony convictions within past 5 years- a yes does not necessarily disqualify candidates
