Join a fully remote AI data team helping improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of next-generation generative AI and machine learning models. In this role, you will annotate, evaluate, and curate text, video, and geographic data using detailed project guidelines. You’ll apply strong language and research skills to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and high quality. The position offers structured training and the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of emerging AI technologies. You’ll work independently while collaborating with a broader international team and providing feedback that helps improve annotation processes. • Accurately annotate and evaluate text, video, and geographic data according to predefined guidelines and required language standards.
• Conduct basic research when necessary to verify information and support accurate annotation decisions.
• Review annotated data carefully to maintain high standards of consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Identify recurring patterns, issues, or opportunities for improvement and provide constructive feedback on the annotation process.
• Follow project instructions closely while asking questions and seeking clarification when requirements are unclear.
• Continuously develop knowledge of annotation procedures, AI concepts, and project-specific requirements through training and practical experience.
• Manage assigned workloads effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent productivity throughout the working day.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with a willingness to complete the required training after joining.
• Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is required for the role, while knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow detailed instructions and predefined guidelines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and spreadsheet-based workflows.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Previous experience in data annotation, content review, or a professional work environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with annotation platforms, machine learning concepts, or AI data workflows is a plus.
• A broad range of interests or subject-matter knowledge that can support research and data evaluation is beneficial.
• Successful completion of a client assessment and interview is required as part of the selection process.
• Access to a personal laptop or desktop for the required systems, with a company-provided laptop also supplied for the role.
