  • Coordinate resources across development and operations teams in accordance with project and contract requirements.
  • Anticipate roadblocks, identify technical and organizational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Monitor program performance and assist with reporting on metrics, costs, earned value, risks, opportunities, configuration management, and change control.
  • Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with applicable federal, security, configuration management, and program control requirements.
  • Support team mentoring, performance management, virtual collaboration, demonstrations, training, and customer-facing technical discussions.
Requirements:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven customer relationship management experience and the ability to establish trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring remote teams, including coordination, performance, and resource management.
  • Experience creating schedules, tracking timelines, managing deliverables, reporting metrics, conducting demonstrations, and delivering virtual training.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve performance and leverage emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred.
