Account Manager - Affiliate & Partner Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Account Manager - Affiliate & Partner Marketing based in Brazil .

This role is an opportunity to lead affiliate and partnership marketing programs for high-growth global brands and enterprise clients.
You will own strategic client relationships while translating business objectives into measurable acquisition and growth initiatives.
Working across affiliate, influencer, and broader partnership channels, you will identify opportunities to expand program performance and efficiency.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from partner recruitment and campaign optimization to client presentations and performance reporting.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership while managing Account Managers and Associates and mentoring developing talent.
As part of a lean, fast-moving agency environment, you will also help build scalable processes and contribute to business development initiatives.
The position is ideal for a proactive, analytical marketer who enjoys ownership, variety, and direct impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Own a portfolio of client accounts, developing and executing partnership and affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, acquisition goals, and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with clients, clearly communicating program performance, strategic direction, recommendations, priorities, and expectations.
  • Deliver measurable client results by identifying creative growth opportunities, monitoring performance against objectives, and ensuring high-quality execution across initiatives.
  • Lead strategic partner recruitment and develop, expand, and maintain relationships with high-value partners within client programs.
  • Formulate, test, and optimize new tactics, including performance opportunities beyond traditional affiliate channels, to improve scale and efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign and partner performance data, extract actionable insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations, confidently explaining and defending proposed approaches.
  • Manage and support Account Managers and Associates, ensuring executional excellence, clear priorities, accountability, and timely delivery across the account.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing best practices while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Contribute to business development and go-to-market initiatives, supporting new opportunities and helping expand the agency's client portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, and scalable ways of working across multiple client accounts.
  • Independently research solutions, emerging partnership opportunities, and industry developments to bring relevant ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of direct affiliate marketing experience for an Account Manager-level profile, with 5+ years preferred for Senior Account Manager-level experience.
  • Proven experience managing affiliate programs and enterprise-level client accounts, ideally across multiple regions and with large, Fortune 500, or venture-backed brands.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS tracking platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Partnerize, PartnerStack, Commission Junction, or comparable solutions.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions across email, presentations, and meetings.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret large volumes of performance data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formatting, formulas, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and customized reporting.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint experience is a plus, particularly for creating polished client presentations and strategic deliverables.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple clients, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders without compromising quality.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach and strong resourcefulness, with the confidence to independently research solutions and make informed recommendations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to connect client challenges to practical partnership marketing opportunities.
  • Strong KPI and results orientation, combined with meticulous attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and guide junior team members while contributing positively to team culture.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where processes are continually evolving and scalable solutions need to be developed.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.
