  • Communicate with clients, claims representatives, and the firm’s various internal departments, such as liens, accounting, intake, and estates

  • Assist with gathering and organizing client, medical, employment, and exposure-related information

  • Assist with complying with audit requests and other claim-related deadlines

  • Conduct client outreach to gather required information and provide claim status updates

  • Review various records and case materials, including deposition transcripts and other documents, and assist with preparing summaries for attorneys

  • Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with monitoring case and claim deadlines and completing other related tasks

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files and documentation

You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Previous legal, administrative, internship, customer service, or office experience is helpful but not required

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • A client-focused mindset and ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and legal concepts quickly

  • Professional, dependable, and eager to develop a career in the legal field

Our Benefits:
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans

  • Paid Time Off

  • Commuter Transit Program

  • Retirement Plan

Salary Range: $25–$28 per hour

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
