You will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicle interiors and exteriors, preparing sold vehicles for delivery, and ensuring each vehicle meets Performance standards before it reaches the customer.

- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
- Wash, vacuum, clean, and condition vehicles using appropriate products and equipment
- Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers
- Inspect vehicles throughout the detailing process and report any damage or concerns
- Safely operate vacuums, steamers, hoses, buffers, polishers, carpet cleaners, and other detailing equipment
- Properly use and maintain detailing products, tools, and equipment
- Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time
- Put the customer and others first

- Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to safely operate detailing tools and equipment
- Experience with buffers, polishers, and carpet cleaning equipment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and complete assigned vehicles within expected timeframes
- Ability to remain active and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
