Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator with experience in pulse welding, metal fabrication, and blueprint reading. This role is responsible for producing high-quality welded components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on steel components and assemblies
• Execute pulse welding techniques to meet quality standards
• Complete full metal fabrication processes, including fitting, layout, and assembly
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings
• Work from bills of materials (BOMs) and production specifications
• Ensure consistent, high-quality welds that meet tolerances
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support additional welding and fabrication tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG welding / GMAW welding
• Experience with pulse welding preferred
• Strong metal fabrication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
