This role leads social analytics across the US and Canada, turning fast-moving social signals into insights that influence marketing and business decisions.
You’ll partner with regional and global social, marketing, creative, agency, and senior leadership teams to define what success looks like and how it should be measured.
The position combines strong analytical fundamentals with an AI-first mindset, using emerging tools and intelligent workflows to accelerate insight generation.
You’ll analyze organic, earned, influencer, and paid social activity to identify trends, understand what drives engagement, and uncover opportunities for growth.
Your work will help shape regional strategy, improve creative effectiveness, and inform campaigns designed to connect with consumers and drive product demand.

- Lead social media reporting and insight generation across organic, earned, influencer, and paid activity for the US and Canada, identifying the factors that contribute to high-performing and viral content.
- Act as the primary analytics partner for the region, collaborating with social, marketing, creative, agency, and global stakeholders to provide scalable measurement and actionable insights.
- Direct the use of AI agents and AI-assisted workflows across social and marketing data, using high-quality data sources to accelerate analysis and reduce manual reporting.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support regional growth, campaign effectiveness, and product demand.
- Define and evolve outcome-oriented KPIs that move beyond vanity metrics and connect social performance to meaningful business and consumer outcomes.
- Develop tailored executive and stakeholder reporting, automating recurring outputs where possible to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct rapid analyses, benchmarking exercises, and measurement studies to identify emerging trends and continuously improve social analytics practices.
- Monitor social and platform performance across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, identifying opportunities to improve content and engagement strategies.
- Manage competing priorities across a broad stakeholder group, maintaining clarity, responsiveness, and strong communication in a dynamic environment.
- Consolidate performance signals and emerging trends into clear recommendations that can inform future marketing, creative, and social strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is an asset.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, social media analytics, or a closely related analytical discipline.
- Strong experience analyzing social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and comparable channels, with the ability to translate findings into business and creative actions.
- Experience working directly with SQL and modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and spreadsheet skills, combined with the ability to work directly with data and independently investigate complex questions.
- Genuine interest in AI-powered analytics and agentic workflows, with the ability or willingness to use AI tools to accelerate insight generation and improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to distinguish meaningful business signals from surface-level or vanity metrics and develop measurement frameworks tied to outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and ambiguous problems while maintaining a high level of organization and follow-through.
