Job Description

All-Pro Fasteners, Inc. is a full-line, full-service fastener company that distributes a complete line of bolts, nuts, washers, screws and fastener related components throughout the United States. The main distribution and manufacturing facilities for All-Pro are centrally located in Arlington, Texas with additional service centers throughout Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa and Illinois.

We are currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Shipper/Customer Service Specialist. This position will be located at:

6600 N State Highway 6
Woodway, TX 76712-2608

Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Summary
All Pro Fasteners is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist to manage the daily operations of our Waco, Texas facility.
This is a single-employee facility, making this an important position within our organization. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including receiving and stocking inventory, order fulfillment, forklift operation, customer deliveries, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of service for our customers.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations and organization of the Waco warehouse.
Receive incoming shipments, verify product, and properly stock inventory.
Safely operate a forklift to unload, move, and organize materials.
Pick, pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory and proper warehouse organization.
Make local customer deliveries in a professional and timely manner.
Perform scheduled Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) visits at customer locations.
Monitor customer inventory levels and replenish products as needed.
Use an RF scanner for receiving, inventory control, and order processing.
Perform basic computer functions, including inventory and order-related data entry.
Maintain accurate warehouse and customer records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Communicate with management regarding inventory requirements, customer needs, and operational issues.
Plan and prioritize daily activities to ensure customer orders, deliveries, and customer requirements are completed on schedule.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, distribution, or delivery preferred.
Proficiency operating a forklift required.
Experience using an RF scanner and inventory management systems preferred.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and move products as required.
Reliable, punctual, professional, and dependable.
Safety Requirements
Must comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required when performing applicable job duties.
Steel-toe safety footwear is required.
Safety glasses are required in designated work areas.
Additional PPE must be worn as required based on the task or work environment.
Must maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

The successful candidate will be someone who takes ownership of the position and understands the importance of maintaining an efficient warehouse operation while providing dependable service to our customers.
Because the Waco facility is operated by one employee, this position requires a high level of accountability, organization, independence, and initiative. The individual must be comfortable managing warehouse operations, operating a forklift, receiving and pulling orders, making deliveries, performing VMI services, and communicating with customers and management.
