Job Description

Job Summary:

LINX is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Recruiting Team. This role keeps the hiring process moving, scheduling, tracking, and communicating, so recruiters and hiring managers can focus on evaluating talent.

You'll be the operational backbone of a recruiting team hiring for one of the fastest-growing low voltage IT integrators in the US, supporting roles across structured cabling, access control, AV, wireless/DAS, and data center construction.

About LINX:
Join a team that connects people through technology. We design, install, and support commercial network cabling for data centers, multimedia, security, and wireless systems.

In 2003, industry experts founded LINX to create the workplace they wanted—one built on integrity, teamwork, and innovation. These core values drive us daily, shaping a culture where employees grow and take pride in their work.

Headquartered in Denver, CO, with regional offices in Seattle, WA; Salt Lake City, UT; San Antonio, TX; Atlanta, GA; Cheyenne, WY; and Des Moines, IA, we’re growing fast! With AI and digital transformation accelerating, now is the time to build your future with LINX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, managing calendar conflicts and last-minute changes
  • Post approved job requisitions to internal and external job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ADP)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and requisition status in the ATS
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates during the interview process, sending confirmations, reminders, and status updates
  • Draft and send offer letters and new hire paperwork under direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Coordinate the onboarding handoff between Recruiting, HR, IT, and hiring managers, tracking that every step (equipment, system access, first-day logistics) is completed on time
  • Administer the employee referral program: log referrals, track bonus eligibility, and process referral payouts with Payroll
  • Pull and compile recruiting metrics and reports (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline volume) for the Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Maintain recruiting files, templates, and shared trackers, keeping documentation organized and audit-ready
  • Provide light candidate screening support (resume review, initial phone screens) when directed by a recruiter, but is not responsible for final candidate evaluation or hiring recommendations
  • Support career fair and campus recruiting logistics: registration, materials, travel coordination

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 6 months of administrative, coordination, or recruiting-support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple calendars, deadlines, and requests at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in candidate-facing correspondence
  • High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and recordkeeping
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook calendar management)
  • Comfortable working across departments and following direction from multiple stakeholders
