Job Description

Sales Development Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Brazil.

Join a fully remote, high-growth SaaS environment where your work directly contributes to pipeline growth and revenue generation. In this role, you will qualify and develop opportunities across Direct Selling, Retail, and Brands. You’ll combine inbound, intent-based, website, and targeted outbound prospecting, with a strong focus on fast response times and phone-first engagement. Your ability to identify genuine opportunities, handle objections, and connect with decision-makers will be essential to success. You’ll work closely with sales teams across different regions while maintaining high standards of CRM accuracy and follow-through. For strong performers, the role offers a potential path toward a LATAM sales position and greater ownership of discovery conversations.

Accountabilities
  • Own global qualification and pipeline generation across Direct Selling, Retail, and Brands, covering inbound, intent-based, and website-generated leads.

  • Respond rapidly to new leads and execute targeted outbound prospecting across named accounts.

  • Maintain a phone-first prospecting approach, completing a minimum of 100 live dials per day.

  • Consistently work toward monthly performance targets of 12 booked meetings and 4 sales-accepted opportunities.

  • Accurately qualify and route opportunities to the appropriate sales team based on market and business segment.

  • Handle objections confidently and position the solution as complementary to, rather than a replacement for, existing LMS and training platforms.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive HubSpot records, including prospect interactions, lead sources, speed-to-lead data, qualification details, and handoff notes.

  • Track and report weekly performance metrics, including call volume, connect rates, meetings booked, show rates, sales-accepted opportunities, and market feedback.

  • Collaborate closely with sales stakeholders to ensure qualified opportunities are effectively handed over and progressed.

  • Continuously refine prospecting and qualification approaches based on market feedback and performance data.

Requirements
  • 2–4+ years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales development, business development, or a comparable SDR/BDR role.

  • Proven experience prospecting and selling into the US market.

  • Native-level Spanish proficiency.

  • C1/C2 spoken English, with excellent verbal communication and confidence conducting professional conversations in English.

  • Strong hands-on cold-calling experience and comfort working in a high-volume, phone-first sales environment.

  • Solid qualification and discovery skills, with the ability to identify business needs and assess genuine sales potential.

  • Confidence handling objections and engaging directly with decision-makers and other senior stakeholders.

  • Experience managing inbound, outbound, intent-based, or website-generated leads.

  • Practical experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce.

  • Strong CRM discipline, organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

  • Ability to work independently in a distributed environment while managing priorities and meeting performance targets.

  • Commercial judgment and the ability to distinguish qualified opportunities from prospects who are simply willing to attend a meeting.

  • Ambition to develop beyond the SDR/BDR function and potentially progress toward an Account Executive or LATAM sales role.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package.

  • 100% remote position.

  • Flexible working hours.

  • People-oriented management with minimal bureaucracy.

  • 10 working days of paid annual vacation, plus paid national holidays.

  • Paid sick leave.

  • Friendly, collaborative, and engaging international team environment.

  • Clear professional growth opportunities based on performance.

  • Potential progression into a LATAM sales role, with the opportunity to develop toward independently leading discovery calls.
