Job Description

CGI Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CGI Coordinator based in the United States.

As a CGI Coordinator, you will support the smooth execution of digital content production workflows in a collaborative, creative environment.
You will manage task assignments, priorities, incoming data, and project information to help production teams deliver efficiently.
The role combines workflow coordination, data governance, administrative organization, and day-to-day support for CGI artists.
You will help ensure that project information remains accurate, accessible, and aligned throughout the production process.
Working closely with artists, production teams, project stakeholders, and clients, you will help resolve issues and keep work moving forward.
The position is well suited to a highly organized, analytical self-starter who can adapt quickly to evolving technologies and workflows.
This is a fully remote opportunity with the chance to contribute to high-profile creative and consumer-focused projects.

Accountabilities
  • Maintain and coordinate the workflow of the CGI production process to support efficient project execution.

  • Manage task assignments, priorities, and workloads for CGI artists based on project requirements and production timelines.

  • Provide artists with timely administrative and operational support so they can complete assigned tasks effectively.

  • Manage incoming project data, products, tasking, and related information throughout the production workflow.

  • Maintain strong data governance practices and ensure project information is accurate, complete, and properly organized.

  • Publish and maintain client feedback and notes within the project management system.

  • Monitor workflow progress and help identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, or issues requiring attention.

  • Troubleshoot workflow and administrative issues and coordinate with relevant team members to support resolution.

  • Help ensure production priorities remain clear and aligned as project requirements evolve.

  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with internal teams, artists, production staff, and clients.

  • Adapt workflows and administrative processes as technology, tools, and production requirements change.

  • Support a collaborative working environment by coordinating effectively with individuals across different roles, personalities, and areas of expertise.

Requirements
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues and determine appropriate priorities.

  • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of responsibilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and collaborate across creative and operational teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and professionally with colleagues and clients.

  • General proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet and data-management tools.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies, digital tools, production processes, and workflow requirements.

  • Experience working in a CGI production environment is preferred.

  • Experience with ShotGrid, Shotgun, Flow, or comparable production-management platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to perform a primarily computer-based role involving regular sitting, computer use, communication, and occasional standing, walking, reaching, or lifting of light materials.

Benefits
  • Hourly compensation of $22.00–$24.00, with actual pay determined by geographic market, experience, and other job-related factors.
