What You’ll Do

• Field customer service calls and assist with wood veneer orders
• Enter sample requests and manage order data
• Contact targeted customers in the cabinet, furniture, and panel industries
• Check product availability and provide accurate information using internal data systems
• Work independently and collaborate with a dedicated team
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

8-hour shift: Day 8am-5pm

Monday to Friday

No weekends!

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is helpful.
• Be reliable, attendance is important.
• Must have computer experience and experience with word, excel and outlook.
• Must be conscientious about your work.
• Must be willing to be involved with the manufacturing and production process.
• Must have good verbal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Must have excellent customer service skills. Previous sales experience is helpful!

Education/Experience:

Must have High School Diploma. College education a plus!
