About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead commercial kitchen installation projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead multiple commercial kitchen installation projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate with engineers, installers, and subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Manage project schedules, materials, and logistics for seamless execution
  • Conduct site visits and oversee installations
  • Ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in construction, equipment installation, or commercial project management preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning & scheduling
  • Client and subcontractor coordination
  • Site visits and installation oversight
  • Budget tracking and billing verification
  • Documentation and compliance review

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of project management or construction-related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, or field teams
  • Comfortable working both in the office and on job sites

The pay range for this role is:
70,304 - 105,000 USD per year(California)
