Analytics Architect

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Analytics Architect in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data and analytics expert who thrives at the intersection of technical architecture and client partnership. In this role, you will lead enterprise analytics initiatives from strategy through implementation, helping organizations build scalable, governed, and AI-ready data ecosystems. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to design modern analytics solutions that empower self-service insights and long-term business value. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and consulting-driven, offering exposure to diverse industries and evolving technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, mentoring others, and translating technical possibilities into practical business outcomes. If you are passionate about analytics engineering, modern BI platforms, and innovative cloud data architectures, this position offers both impact and growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end analytics engagements, including solution scoping, architecture design, implementation, documentation, and client enablement initiatives.
  • Design and build scalable semantic layers, governed metrics, reusable data models, and self-service analytics solutions that support enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Develop and implement AI-ready data infrastructures, including metadata frameworks, context pipelines, and governance models to improve data accessibility and reliability.
  • Architect integrations between cloud data warehouses, BI tools, semantic layers, and operational systems to create cohesive and governed analytics ecosystems.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor during pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, solution recommendations, and technical discovery sessions.
  • Establish analytics engineering best practices, including CI/CD workflows, testing standards, governance conventions, and data modeling frameworks.
  • Mentor consultants and project teams by providing technical leadership, guidance, and support across client engagements.
  • Contribute to internal innovation initiatives by developing reusable assets, scalable frameworks, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced analytics roles with hands-on delivery responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and dbt, including data modeling, testing, documentation, and semantic layer implementation.
  • Proficiency with Python for analytics workflows, pipeline development, or transformation logic.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Solid knowledge of BI and visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar modern analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and modern development workflows, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and collaborative code review practices.
  • Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects while balancing technical excellence with client adoption and business needs.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with semantic modeling, orchestration tools, AI/LLM integration patterns, or cloud-native applications is considered a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, client-facing environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible remote work opportunities with preference for candidates located in Central or Eastern time zones.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of enterprise analytics and AI-focused projects across industries.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in cloud data, analytics engineering, and AI infrastructure.
  • Collaborative and people-first work culture that values innovation, creativity, and professional growth.
  • Career development opportunities through mentorship, consulting leadership, and continuous learning.
  • Access to a supportive and highly skilled team environment focused on delivering impactful solutions.
