BMW Motorcycles of Ventura County is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager to support overall dealership operations and performance. This role partners closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, support department leaders, and ensure consistent execution across sales, service, parts, and finance.

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily dealership operations across all departments
• Partner with department managers to drive performance and ensure goals and KPIs are met
• Monitor key performance indicators and assist in implementing operational improvements
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with BMW brand standards
• Support hiring, training, and development of dealership staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide cross-department operational support as needed

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a dealership environment (motorcycle, automotive, or powersports preferred)
• Strong understanding of dealership operations (sales, service, parts, and finance)
• Proven ability to support team performance and drive results
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accountability
