Job Description
Position Title: Receptionist
Job ID: 138986
We are searching for a full time receptionist to join us in bringing our talent strategy to life. In this role, you will provide support to our Recruiting team in attracting and hiring individuals for career opportunities in Western North Carolina. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer service-focused, and enjoys working in a fun, collaborative, results driven, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Processes/creates resumes and any other administrative paperwork needed by the recruiters.
• Makes recruiting calls daily.
• Manages candidate workflow by performing data entry, resume review, interview scheduling, reference checking, interviewing, etc.
• Assists with orientations for new hires, including drug screening
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of work experience.
Bilingual English / Spanish - fluency in both languages is a plus
Basic Experience:
Ability to deliver a warm, engaging, caring welcome to all visitors.
Computer skills including office software (MS Word, MS Excel) and ability to become proficient Friday programs and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Exceptional tact with strong oral & written communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Two years or more experience in an administrative or direct customer service-oriented role.
Prior experience in a contingent staffing organization or experience hiring contingent workers and interfacing with agencies, clients, and/or the public.
