- Drive the sustainable growth and strategic development of the assigned sales territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, intervention centers, and healthcare professionals in radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology.
- Provide product expertise, clinical guidance, and on-site support during medical procedures and product usage.
- Lead product launches and deliver presentations to clinical users, purchasing teams, and decision-makers.
- Analyze existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize market potential.
- Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Execute regional sales and marketing initiatives with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Represent the organization at congresses, workshops, and professional industry events.
- Collaborate closely with national and international cross-functional teams to support commercial and clinical objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer engagement through consultative selling and ongoing relationship management.
- Degree or professional background in medical sciences, life sciences, healthcare, or business administration.
- Several years of successful sales experience, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for innovative healthcare technologies and improving patient outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Fluent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
