- Support and contribute to formation evaluation and petrophysics projects through both independent and collaborative assignments.
- Apply geoscience and engineering expertise to deliver technically and commercially effective solutions for reservoir evaluation and production optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams across engineering, science, and operations functions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, system architecture, integration activities, and risk management processes during project design and development phases.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders during technical discussions, bid processes, and product definition activities.
- Coordinate technical expertise across geoscience and engineering project portfolios to ensure rigorous design and development standards.
- Deliver project goals and objectives from initiation through execution while ensuring quality, efficiency, and business alignment.
- Support deployment and optimization of wireline and logging-while-drilling (LWD) formation evaluation solutions where applicable.
- Ensure proper technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to industry and operational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational capability development within the geoscience discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in geoscience, formation evaluation, and petrophysics.
- Experience with Wireline and LWD Formation Evaluation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of reservoir characterization, petrophysical analysis, and formation evaluation methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and cross-functional project teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in complex technical environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with experience collaborating across technical and business functions.
