Accountabilities:
  • Support the full lifecycle of telecommunications and smart building technology projects, assisting with coordination, scheduling, and execution of deliverables.
  • Maintain project timelines, milestones, and documentation to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Create and manage workflow visualizations, project trackers, and reporting tools to improve project clarity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate communication and information gathering between internal teams, consultants, legal partners, and property management stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate concerns when necessary to support successful project outcomes.
  • Assist with contract-related documentation, including compliance tracking, expiration dates, and deliverable management.
  • Prepare client-facing presentations, reports, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in project management tools, operational processes, and collaboration frameworks.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives aligned with broader organizational goals within the smart building and telecommunications space.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related operational role.
  • Exposure to telecommunications, smart building technology, real estate consulting, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management software, workflow visualization tools, and communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
