Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing in Spain.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and data-driven marketing leader to shape high-impact experiential programs that directly influence revenue growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of a global portfolio of in-person events, including executive programs, industry sponsorships, customer experiences, and thought leadership initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing teams to create experiences that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen long-term relationships. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the chance to work across integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and operational event delivery. Ideal candidates are highly analytical, AI-fluent, and comfortable managing complex projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments. This role offers strong ownership, cross-functional visibility, and the opportunity to contribute directly to measurable business outcomes within a modern remote-first culture.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement of a portfolio of enterprise-level experiential marketing programs and in-person events.
  • Develop event-driven pipeline generation strategies by defining target account lists, opportunity goals, attendee engagement plans, and post-event follow-up motions in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
  • Manage end-to-end event operations, including agency coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag, contracts, and budget oversight.
  • Build integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partnerships, and content initiatives to drive attendance from high-value target accounts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, event ROI, attendance goals, and deal acceleration outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, partnerships, content, design, and marketing operations teams to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, and execution timelines.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and market intelligence to improve planning, research, campaign execution, and operational efficiency while maintaining strategic oversight and judgment.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned events, proactively identifying risks, solving operational challenges, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B experiential marketing, event marketing, or demand generation roles, ideally within enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital services environments.
  • Proven track record of managing events that drive measurable pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue impact beyond traditional event logistics.
  • Strong expertise across multiple event formats, including industry sponsorships, executive roundtables, customer programs, conferences, and thought leadership events.
  • Hands-on experience with event operations, integrated marketing strategy, campaign execution, and post-event performance analysis.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation principles such as account-based marketing (ABM), segmentation, lead scoring, pipeline attribution, and conversion strategies.
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for campaign setup, lead capture, attribution reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • High level of AI fluency with the ability to leverage AI tools for planning, research, workflow optimization, and decision support.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and regular travel for event execution.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience, skills, and market standards.
  • Fully remote work environment offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Open vacation and flexible time-off policy.
  • Opportunity to work within a globally distributed and highly collaborative international team.
  • Career growth opportunities in a fast-evolving digital and technology-driven environment.
  • Exposure to innovative AI-powered marketing tools and enterprise-level event strategies.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace culture focused on professional development and employee well-being.
  • Access to comprehensive regional benefits and employee support programs based on location.
