• Analyze trading activity, user behavior, and product data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend feature improvements.
• Support the development and execution of product strategies through data analysis and business insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives effectively.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and optimize product experiences.
• Monitor product performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance usability and business outcomes.

• Current university student or recent graduate interested in product management, data analytics, fintech, or digital assets.
• Basic understanding of trading data, with experience or interest in stock markets or cryptocurrency trading considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Experience or academic background in statistics, user research, data analysis, business intelligence, project management, or product management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and ability to connect data insights with product improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin are required to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
