Accountabilities:

Requirements

Extensive professional experience developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and backend engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience building scalable microservices and working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
Proven experience developing and maintaining enterprise-grade, high-availability software systems.
Ability to design scalable architectures that balance immediate business needs with long-term sustainability.
Strong commitment to writing clean, testable, observable, and maintainable code.
Experience supporting high-traffic applications and distributed systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform and container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is an advantage.
Interest in open-source technologies and an understanding of user experience considerations are considered valuable assets.
