Senior Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape digital experiences for a passionate global audience by designing products that help users discover and engage with premium content.
You will contribute to the evolution of a core product experience, balancing user needs, business goals, and innovative design solutions.
Working closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and creative teams, you will bring ideas from concept through execution.
The position requires strong expertise in UX, visual design, and interaction patterns across web and mobile platforms.
You will influence product strategy, improve user journeys, and help create intuitive experiences at significant scale.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives that enhance user experiences across digital platforms while partnering with cross-functional teams to define, build, and refine impactful product solutions.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready design assets that support high-quality product experiences.
  • Contribute to product strategy by identifying user needs, defining opportunities, and helping teams prioritize meaningful solutions.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content teams, Analysts, SEO specialists, and fellow designers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Evaluate technical constraints and design trade-offs with engineering partners to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
  • Lead design projects while maintaining consistency, quality, and alignment with broader product design standards.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to improve efficiency and consistency across experiences.
  • Analyze competitive products and emerging trends to identify opportunities for innovation within sports, media, and content platforms.
  • Use prototyping, animation, and interactive concepts to explore and communicate design solutions.
  • Apply AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, experimentation, and product development.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product designer with strong UX and visual design capabilities, a passion for creating user-centered experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proven experience designing and launching digital products across web and native mobile applications.
  • Strong visual design and interaction design skills demonstrated through an online portfolio or professional presentation.
  • Experience designing intuitive user experiences for content-driven platforms, media products, or consumer applications.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into product decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders in a high-quality product environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and delivery timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support design exploration, concept development, and product experiences.
  • Experience with prototyping and animation techniques to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to experiment, learn, and improve through feedback.
  • Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for contributing to a multidisciplinary design culture.
  • Subject matter expertise or strong interest in sports and/or media products is highly valued.
