What You’ll Do:
The Operations Coordinator serves as a key operational resource, ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office while providing exceptional front-line administrative and technical support. This role is responsible for delivering a professional experience for employees, clients, and visitors by managing office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and serving as the first point of contact for basic IT support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and technically proficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve routine technical issues, support employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintain a productive, secure, and efficient work environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing professional front office support.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate office operations, including meeting room scheduling, office supplies, mail distribution, and vendor coordination.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, preparing reports, filing documents, and supporting daily business operations.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with travel arrangements and event logistics.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance with vendors when needed.
  • Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support by responding to basic IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot common hardware, software, printer, email, VPN, and network connectivity issues, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support.
  • Create, update, and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions following company procedures.
  • Log, track, and document support requests, ensuring timely resolution and accurate ticket updates.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including workstation setup, equipment distribution, and account provisioning.
  • Support inventory management of IT equipment and office assets.
  • Maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for common technical issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and administrative processes.
  • Generate operational reports and assist management with process improvements and workflow optimization.
  • Support business continuity by proactively identifying operational issues and recommending improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • 3-5 Years of customer service experience
  • Experience handling sensitive information
Set yourself apart:
  • Administrative and office management experience.
  • Front desk/customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshservice, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, printers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.


Salary: $45,000-$55,000

The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
