We're looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support daily store operations at our Irmo, SC location.
What You'll Do
Support daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, payroll, and shift management
Lead, coach, and train team members while maintaining high performance standards
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Prepare handcrafted beverages and food items while maintaining quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies
Collaborate with the General Manager to drive store success and team development
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
1+ year of supervisory, coffee shop, café, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Inventory and cash-handling experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be at least 18 years old with mostly open availability
Benefits
Starting pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
