In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing loan files, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting the full loan lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Review and process loan applications for accuracy and completenessVerify income, identification, title, and supporting documentationMaintain precise data entry in CRM and loan processing systemsCommunicate with customers, lenders, and internal teams on loan statusEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory standardsManage multiple loan files in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPartner with underwriting, sales, and funding teams to meet deadlinesProactively follow up on outstanding conditions and documentationWhat We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentClear and professional written and verbal communicationGoogle Workspace, and web-based toolsReliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindsetPreferred (but not required):

Experience in loan processing, underwriting support, or financial servicesBackground in customer service, administrative support, or data entryEntry-level candidates with strong administrative or analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
