Description:
The Receptionist / Culture Ambassador is responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing administrative and resident support, overseeing office management functions, and intentionally fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture. This role ensures professional first impressions, operational continuity, organized office environments, and meaningful employee experiences that reinforce CooperZadeh’s Core Values.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors for Camden Homes, CooperZadeh Management, CooperZadeh Holdings, and FID.
- Greets guests professionally and directs inquiries appropriately.
- Maintains a polished, welcoming front-office environment at all times.
- Assists the Property Management team by handling resident calls and inquiries.
- Collects, tracks, and updates renter’s insurance policies.
- Follows up with residents to ensure compliance and accurate documentation.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes quarterly company events that reinforce CooperZadeh’s Core Values and desired culture.
- Develops and manages event budgets, track expenses, and ensures cost discipline.
- Coordinates logistics, vendors, communications, and internal promotions for events.
- Manages office supply inventory and ordering.
- Ensures office cleanliness, organization, and readiness for daily operations and meetings.
- Coordinates with vendors or internal teams as needed to maintain office standards.
- Assists HR and Leadership with new-hire onboarding logistics.
- Helps prepare workspaces, materials, and initial office orientation for new employees.
- Serves as a welcoming first point of contact for new team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Event planning and budget tracking skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with office technology and administrative systems (or ability to learn quickly).
