As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for defining testing strategies, validating software quality, and collaborating with development teams to ensure reliable and efficient product delivery.

• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of software solutions developed in Java environments.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate technical requirements and business expectations.
• Collaborate with development teams to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to testing processes, scenarios, and results.
• Participate in planning meetings, retrospectives, and team discussions by providing quality-focused insights.
• Monitor and report quality metrics, identifying opportunities to improve testing processes and software delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across development and quality assurance practices.
• Contribute to the adoption and evolution of testing automation solutions and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is an experienced QA professional with strong testing knowledge, automation experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively in agile software development environments.

• Solid knowledge of Java and practical experience working in agile development environments.
• Proven experience with test automation and software testing tools.
• Experience analyzing requirements and creating detailed test cases.
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing practices.
• Experience working with quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility, accountability, and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
