The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, strengthen market presence, and support sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales and marketing leader with a strong track record of building growth strategies, managing teams, and delivering measurable revenue results. They should combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute independently in a dynamic, remote environment.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within an in-house or agency environment.
- Proven experience leading or managing sales and marketing teams and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong background in pipeline development, demand generation, and revenue growth strategies.
- Demonstrated success implementing sales and marketing initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and performance optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to evaluate and improve marketing and sales performance.
- Experience managing budgets, allocating resources, and optimizing marketing investments.
- Ability to develop compelling messaging, positioning strategies, and customer-focused campaigns.
