Job Description
The Marketing Specialist supports DHL Supply Chain's North America Marketing function with the execution of B2B marketing activities, enhancing DHL's brand visibility, engaging customers, and strengthening enterprise marketing efforts. This role assists with multi-channel digital marketing activities including (but not limited to) social media content development, email marketing, podcast promotion, and event communications support. The specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day channel needs, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting external partners to ensure delivery of high-quality marketing content across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across digital platforms, such as social media and email.
- Support daily channel management within internal and external platforms. le.
- Provide regular analysis of channel, event and campaign metrics to recommend optimizations.
- Maintain campaign and content calendars and ensure marketing activity aligns with upcoming initiatives.
- Assist in developing campaign and event landing pages.
- Assist in developing content for campaigns, channels and events as needed.
- Coordinate customer/target invitation lists and ensure accurate deployment through marketing platforms.
- Ensure all content follows DHL's brand standards and tone of voice.
- Support internal teams with updates, asset requests, and campaign documentation.
- Actively engage in CCO Analyst community.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as directed.
- Maintain consistency of brand tone across digital channels.
- Ensure content meets compliance guidelines (global and regional)
- Owns content calendar and provides weekly cadence of updates as it relates to campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research and develop cadence of reporting findings and recommendations to Marketing & Engagement team.
Required Education and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or work experience equivalent, required
· 0-3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, social media, or related field, required
· Experience with marketing and social media management tools, preferred
· Exposure to Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, preferred
· Understanding of basic marketing concepts and digital engagement, required
· Strong writing, proofreading, and light content creation skills, required
· Ability to organize multiple priorities and work in a deadline-driven environment, required
· Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes, required
· Comfort collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, required
· Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and marketing practices, required
· Foundational analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics, required
