Accountabilities:

The Solutions Analyst will act as a bridge between finance teams and technology areas, ensuring the stability, improvement, and evolution of financial systems. This professional will manage priorities, coordinate projects, and translate business needs into effective technological solutions.

  • Act as the functional owner for financial systems, ensuring operational stability and alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize demands, incidents, and critical issues according to established service levels.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate action plans to prevent recurring problems.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technology teams for system-related topics.
  • Evaluate the impact of system changes on financial and operational processes.
  • Monitor system performance, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain close collaboration with finance teams through regular alignment and prioritization meetings.
  • Gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead system evolution, automation, and digital transformation projects related to financial operations.
  • Coordinate project activities from scope definition through implementation and production rollout.
  • Support testing, validation, training, and change management activities.
  • Maintain and prioritize the improvement backlog based on business value, risks, regulatory requirements, and user experience.
  • Work closely with development teams to refine requirements and monitor delivery progress.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a professional with experience in financial systems, business analysis, and technology-driven transformation initiatives. This person should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with different stakeholders in dynamic environments.

  • Experience with financial processes such as contracting, billing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, collections, payment applications, and financial controls.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial applications, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and artificial intelligence tools is desirable.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of project management practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage urgency, and coordinate multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on internal customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in Finance Systems, Finance Transformation, or Product Ownership roles is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R processes is desirable.
  • Experience supporting critical corporate applications or participating in financial system implementations is a plus.
