As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving scalable applications and services while collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and event-driven architectures.
- Build modern frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript following established design and engineering standards.
- Design, evolve, and optimize data models and integrations using PostgreSQL.
- Develop integrations with artificial intelligence providers and platform services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and definition of engineering standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD improvements and support application operations across Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments.
- Use AI-powered development tools and agents to accelerate software delivery and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to create scalable and innovative solutions.
- Support the implementation of secure authentication, authorization, observability, and monitoring practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of shared platforms and engineering processes.
The ideal candidate has strong full stack development experience, a passion for modern software architecture, and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, technology-driven environments.
- Solid experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript development.
- Strong experience building web applications with Next.js, React, and modern frontend technologies.
- Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems such as Kafka or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience designing authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant architectures.
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring for distributed applications.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions to enhance productivity.
- Technical English proficiency for documentation reading and collaboration in global environments.
- Ability to contribute to technical decisions and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with large-scale multi-tenant platforms.
- Knowledge of Python and FastAPI.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, or similar observability tools.
- Background in Platform Engineering and shared platform development.
- Knowledge of analytical data modeling.
- Experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with Storybook, Design Systems, internationalization (i18n), and feature flag platforms.
