Key Responsibilities- Organize and prepare clinical materials, including sanitizing toys and assembling clinical bins.
- Assist administrative team with office communications.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files.
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist the administrative team with projects and day-to-day office operations.
- Run local business errands as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Greet visitors and assist with checking in interview candidates.
- Support various office tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Proactive and forward-thinking with a "see it, solve it" mindset. Takes ownership of responsibilities, identifies what needs to be done, and proactively asks, "What's next?" rather than waiting for direction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
- Previous office or administrative experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Associate's degree or coursework in Business Administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Bilingual.
- Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
