Job Description
Starting Pay: $17.25 plus shift differentials
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 6:30am - 2pm

We exist to be a source of hope and healing, creating safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can cultivate the roots of their own recovery story.
As a Care Counselor, you’ll play an integral role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while working alongside therapists, dietitians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to create a safe, compassionate, recovery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support client safety, emotional well-being, and daily recovery-focused care
Monitor client progress, behavioral observations, and documentation while communicating changes to the interdisciplinary care team
Provide 1:1 support and assist clients during moments of distress or crisis
Support meal and snack supervision as part of recovery-focused treatment
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive healing environment
Transport clients to approved appointments or outings as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
Behavioral health experience preferred
Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
