AG Hotels Group is looking for a hardworking and confident individual to join our kitchen team at Casa Mere Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and workstations.

• Wash and sanitize all cooking tools, utensils, dishes, and equipment.

• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.

• Assist with basic food preparation, such as peeling, chopping, and prepping ingredients when needed.

• Remove waste and ensure proper disposal according to health and safety standards.

• Assist with setting up and maintaining the kitchen for events and service periods.

• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Ensure kitchen areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies.

• Assist the kitchen team in any other duties as required by the Chef.

Prerequisites:

• No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on physical tasks is essential.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Good communication skills.
