You will plan, execute, and document manual and automated tests across software applications. The role requires understanding how systems work internally, identifying potential failure points, and challenging assumptions through thoughtful testing. You will analyze requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and scenarios. Collaboration with developers and other stakeholders will be essential to investigate issues and drive solutions. - Plan, execute, and document software tests.
- Analyze system requirements to identify quality risks and define appropriate testing approaches.
- Perform both manual and automated testing as needed.
- Develop a clear mental model of how applications work internally and use it to test system limits and potential failure scenarios.
- Understand common programming languages and use basic technical knowledge to investigate software behavior.
- Identify, track, document, and report bugs and other quality issues.
- Collaborate with developers and relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve defects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing practices and product quality.
- Provide instructions and presentations on product functionality to stakeholders.

- Previous experience in software quality assurance and testing.
