  • Participate in construction administration activities, including site observations and field verification.
  • Research building materials, products, assemblies, and systems to support project design and technical development.
  • Assist with site studies, massing explorations, programming efforts, and space planning activities.
  • Explore and support regenerative design strategies that positively impact the built, social, and natural environments.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture that values curiosity, innovation, and design excellence.
What we look for:
  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in architecture or a related design field.
  • A passion for design, creativity, and improving the human experience through the built environment.
  • Working knowledge of architectural design, construction documentation, and building systems.
  • Experience with Revit and BIM workflows; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Interest in developing expertise with tools such as Rhino, Enscape, and Lumion.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Interest in sustainable and regenerative design approaches.
