Sales Operations Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Associate based in the United States.

This position offers the opportunity to support revenue-generating teams by optimizing processes, maintaining CRM systems, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management teams, you will help improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making across the organization. Ideal for professionals with Salesforce experience and a passion for problem-solving, this role combines technical administration, business analysis, and operational support. You'll contribute to scalable growth initiatives while building expertise in Revenue Operations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Support day-to-day CRM administration activities, including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, and system configurations.
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce functionality by creating reports, dashboards, fields, page layouts, and process automations.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and support to internal users while ensuring CRM data accuracy through audits, governance processes, and cleanup initiatives.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI tracking, and operational reporting to support business performance.
  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for leadership teams, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Finance teams to align systems, data, and workflows.
  • Participate in system integrations, technology enhancements, and operational projects that improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Document processes and contribute to the development of best practices across sales and revenue operations functions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, CRM Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a professional environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, lead management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience with revenue technology platforms such as Outreach, Attention, RevenueHero, or similar solutions.
  • Background in SaaS, digital marketing, lead generation, marketplace, or technology-driven environments.
