We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing Business Development Representative to become the face of Junk Rescue in the community.

This is not a desk job.

You’ll spend most of your time meeting people, visiting businesses, building relationships, attending networking events, and creating referral partnerships that generate long-term business.

If you enjoy talking to people, creating opportunities, and working independently, this could be a great fit.

Compensation

Base Salary: $50k basePerformance Bonuses & and Uncapped CommissionsOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $80k+Paid Travel & Expense Budget Paid Time OffWhat You’ll Do

Build relationships with Realtors, Property Managers, Contractors, Senior Move Managers, Storage Facilities, and other referral partnersMake daily in-person visits to local businessesConduct cold outreach and relationship-building activitiesAttend networking events, chamber meetings, and community eventsDeliver presentations and lunch-and-learns to potential referral partners

Maintain regular follow-up with existing partnersTrack activity and opportunities in our CRMCollaborate with our leadership team to identify new growth opportunitiesWhat Success Looks Like
