About the Role:
The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HVAC service department to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery to residential and commercial clients. Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and customer relationships effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.

- Certification from recognized HVAC organizations such as NATE (North American Technician Excellence).
