Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plant Electrician with a strong background in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry in the UAE. The Plant Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems associated with batching plants, motors, control panels, PLC systems, sensors, and production equipment to ensure continuous plant operations.

The ideal candidate must possess strong industrial electrical maintenance experience and be capable of diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in batching plants and production equipment.

• Maintain motors, MCC panels, VFDs, PLC systems, sensors, and control circuits.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical equipment.

• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades.

• Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Plant Electrician in a Ready-Mix Concrete company in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of batching plant electrical systems and industrial automation.

• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control panels.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot electrical faults.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.

• Basic English communication skills.

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.

• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
