This senior leadership role is responsible for driving portfolio-wide sales performance across a large network of hospitality assets, ensuring revenue growth, market competitiveness, and disciplined execution of sales strategies. The position plays a pivotal role in aligning regional sales teams with broader organizational objectives while strengthening consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across multiple properties. Acting as a key connector between executive leadership, operations, and revenue management, this leader ensures that commercial strategies are effectively translated into on-the-ground execution. The role also involves developing high-performing sales leaders, building scalable processes, and driving performance visibility through data and market insights. Operating in a fast-paced, multi-market environment, this position requires strong strategic thinking, leadership presence, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. - Lead and execute portfolio-wide sales strategies to maximize revenue performance, market share, and overall commercial success.
- Establish performance frameworks, operating cadences, and accountability standards across regional and property-level sales teams.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze gaps, and implement corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with regional leaders and property teams to reinforce execution discipline and strategic alignment.
- Partner with revenue management teams to align segmentation strategies, pricing approaches, and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure alignment between sales priorities and property-level execution.
- Develop, coach, and mentor regional and area sales leaders to build a strong, high-performing leadership pipeline.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and best practices across multiple markets and portfolios.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and financial performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen relationships with ownership groups and key stakeholders to support long-term portfolio success.
- Lead initiatives related to acquisitions, transitions, and new property openings across assigned regions.
- Drive adoption of corporate sales initiatives, programs, and organizational priorities across all teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive hospitality sales leadership experience with multi-property or regional portfolio responsibility.
- Proven experience leading and developing senior sales leaders within complex, multi-unit organizations.
- Strong expertise in hotel sales strategy, account management, and market positioning.
- Advanced financial acumen with the ability to interpret revenue trends, forecasting data, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders, ownership groups, and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience driving organizational change and implementing scalable processes across distributed teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-market environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
