This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, commercial growth, and healthcare innovation, driving expansion through high-impact strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem. You will own a portfolio of enterprise channel partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs, and brokers, turning partnerships into scalable revenue and pipeline opportunities. Acting as both a relationship owner and growth operator, you will work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally to design and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong commercial instincts, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems. You will be responsible for activating and scaling partner-driven growth initiatives while ensuring operational rigor and performance tracking. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on transforming healthcare access and outcomes.
- Own and manage strategic relationships across assigned channel partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs, and brokers, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies, setting clear goals, activation plans, and performance metrics to drive growth and accountability.
- Identify, develop, and convert partner-sourced pipeline opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes in collaboration with internal sales teams.
- Lead onboarding, business reviews, and ongoing relationship management to maximize partner engagement and long-term value.
- Build structured reporting frameworks and performance dashboards to track partnership success and identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery of partnership initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external executives, ensuring alignment, transparency, and strong stakeholder engagement.
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel sales, or healthcare-focused commercial roles.
- Proven experience working with healthcare ecosystem partners such as health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs, or brokers.
- Demonstrated success in generating and closing pipeline or revenue through partner-led channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into execution plans.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience engaging executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate performance and optimize partnership outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments with a builder mentality.
