Bandsaw and Plate Resurfacing Technician (Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday 6:00am - 4:30pm)

The Role
Join a dedicated post-additive manufacturing operations team responsible for safely separating 3D-printed metal parts from build plates and preparing those plates for subsequent production cycles. This role requires precision and care to prevent damage to high-value printed assets.
This full-time role operates on a four-day work week (Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm).
What You’ll Do
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent certification.A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC operator or production bandsaw operator (or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on manufacturing experience).Ability to operate CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, digital indicators).Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and blueprints.Practical math skills for calculating cutting feeds, speeds, and tolerances.A strong work ethic, keen eye for detail, results-driven approach, and robust interpersonal and communication skills.The Incodema3D Culture
