About the Role
Canon Financial Services in Burlington, NJ is currently seeking a (Sr Specialist, Rel Dealer Ch). Partners with the Independent Dealer office equipment channel to develop financing products and increase the sale of Canon products, customer satisfaction and customer retention.
This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Wednesday and Thursday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Your Impact
Manage both new business and existing accounts, providing support, executing programs, and ensuring quality and training needs are met
Develop and sustain Independent Dealer relationships with senior management from assigned territory, CUSA and CFS counterparts, and single point of contacts within the Channel
Drive development of programs which are embraced by channel partners
Facilitate ongoing process improvement
Delivers best in class service and demonstrates attentive behaviors with internal and external customers
Monitor dealer satisfaction and program effectiveness
Gather and relay competitive industry offerings in the field
Plans, organizes and executes projects according to established milestones
Ability to make sound, fact based timely decisions
Build trust and respect through dependability, organization, and follow through
Strong leasing and financial knowledge and skills
Manage conflict, providing creative and innovative solutions
Demonstrates ability to multi-task and manage own time
Provide webinars and or presentations to assigned Dealers
Update core systems based on business activity, Salesforce.com, Nexus, Infolease, etc.
Achieve goals as set forth by Canon Financial Services
Travel up to 75% as required
Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license in order to obtain the position
This position requires driving, therefore a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 7 – 15 yrs experience in the financial or customer service industry supporting the office equipment industry
- Strong track record in strategic relationship management and leadership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute projects independently
- Effective conflict resolution and decision-making capabilities
- Travel up to 75% nationwide as required

We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $92,210 - $138,080 annually.
