We currently have an opening for Shipping & Receiving Associate in our Passive Plus Inc. facility, located in Hauppauge, NY . This role independently performs shipping and receiving activities and supports inventory accuracy and documentation.

Details of the Role: The Shipping & Receiving Associate II works with limited supervision and assists with training, inventory activities, and resolution of shipping or receiving discrepancies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Independently prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders Receive materials, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepanciesGenerate and review shipping documentation and carrier paperworkSupport inventory transactions and cycle countsAssist with training Associate I or backup employeesMaintain compliance with shipping, safety, and quality standardsOther duties as assigned

Qualifying Attributes and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years of shipping and receiving experienceERP and shipping system experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to work in a production or shipping environment
