Team Lead in Guatemala City at IDT

• Minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service,
Operations, or a related business function.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a team in a fast-paced operational
environment.
• Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, collection procedures, aging reports,
payment arrangements, and customer account management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and make sound operational
decisions.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with all levels of the
organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Word, along with the ability to quickly
learn internal systems.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive
situations professionally.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, reliability, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous supervisory experience within an Accounts Receivable or Collections department.
• Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
• Experience working with performance metrics, quality assurance programs, coaching, and
employee performance management.
• Experience with payment processing, reconciliation, and financial operations.
